Material Testing, Visual Inspection and Dimensional Checkup are some of the important parts of the methods of Quality Assurance

We use SPC – Statistical Process Control to determine the cause of lack of quality and eliminate the cause so that we do not have to run after each piece but after each process.

Our well-trained and trained personnel in Quality Assurance department also take stringent quality checks of the finished goods before they are certified as ready to dispatch. We employ SQC - Statistical Quality Control to ensure that our Quality Assurance effort gives us minimal rejections and yet the output is all to the clients demand and within the permitted tolerances.

Lab Testing Facilities equipped with Spectrometer, Image Analyzer, Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for standard test bar, Brinell/Rockwell hardness testing machine, etc. The laboratory technicians are experienced and regularly trained for upgradations in new technologies as well as innovative tools.

The products are checked at every phase. The customers provide the specifications as well as standards and parameters. Our Quality Assurance staff add these parameters in to the system. They check the components as sample as well as 100% for total Product Quality Check.
